commission workflow

  • STEP 1 ⋮ ꒰ ordering ꒱

    My commissions are selected based on first come first serve

    • Fill out the order form with your commission details. The form will stay open for until all slots are filled.
    • I will then look through the requests and reject any that either don't fit my TOS, or if I feel I am not a good match for the commission

  • STEP 2 ⋮ ꒰ review & acceptance ꒱

    I will contact you with your preferred method of contact.

    • We'll discuss your commission and I'll provide a more accurate quote.
    • If my quoted price is out of your budget, I am always happy to suggest changes to lower the price!
    • When we've agreed on a price, I'll send you an invoice via paypal.

  • STEP 3 ⋮ ꒰ payment ꒱

    After full or half payment is made, depending on my queue, i will begin your commission.

    I do not work on all commissions at the same time. Please check my queue to see my progress

  • STEP 4 ⋮ ꒰ sketch approval ꒱

    I will send you the sketch once it is complete.

    If there are any large changes to be made please let me know and I will correct them.

    If I am unsure of your colour preferences, I may send a rough colour check as well.

    　

    Please note

    Once the sketch has been approved, any major changes may result in an additional fee per revision, unless I am at fault.

    You may request up to three minor changes without charge

  • STEP 5 ⋮ ꒰ remaining payment ꒱

    After the sketch is confirmed, I will ask for the remainder of the payment (if any)

  • STEP 6 ⋮ ꒰ lineart & colour ꒱

    I will then move onto lineart and colour.

    Work in progress updates will not be provided by default past the sketch approval stage, however you may request it at any point.

    　

    It is this stage I generally work on commissions on stream. I will let you know beforehand so you may watch if you wish / have time!

    However, if you would like your commission to remain private or a secret until a certain date, please let me know.

  • STEP 7 ⋮ ꒰ final approval & delivery ꒱

    Once complete, I'll send the art for one final approval.

    (At this stage any changes other than colour adjustments will result in an additional cost.)

    　

    Once approved, final delivery will be a direct ZIP file or a google drive link containing the files

    (including watermarked and unwatermarked versions of the commission)

  • STEP 8 ⋮ ꒰ credits ꒱

    If the artwork is used on your social media platforms (eg. profile picture, thumbnail, banner, etc.)

    please include credits to my social media somewhere on your page!
